Financial Director (m/f)

For our Client, an international company operating in the trade and services sector, we are looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Finance Director / CFO.

• overall responsibility for the company’s finance function and management of finance team,
• contributing to the development of the company’s business and financial strategy,
• overseeing accounting, controlling, taxation, treasury and cash flow management,
• providing the Management Board with financial analyses and insights supporting business decisions,
• coordinating budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes,
• improving financial processes, systems and reporting tools.

• at least 8 years of experience as a Finance Director or in a similar senior finance role,
• experience in managing a finance team and overseeing a broad range of finance activities,
• very good knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations,
• strong business orientation, independence and a proactive approach,
• very good command of English,
• ACCA, CIMA or statutory auditor qualifications will be considered an advantage.
