For our Client, an international company expanding its operations across Central and Eastern Europe, we are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to take on the role of Head of Wholesale CEE.
Head of Wholesale CEE (Outdoor Apparel & Equipment) (m/f)
Responsibilities:
- leading the development of wholesale and B2B channels across CEE,
- managing and growing a regional sales team,
- conducting market analysis and identifying new business opportunities,
- acquiring new clients and managing key accounts,
- preparing commercial proposals, price lists, and trading terms (PLN, CZK, EUR),
- delivering product presentations and weekly promotional offers,
- negotiating commercial conditions and resolving customer issues,
- monitoring sales performance, margins, and budget execution,
- coordinating logistics, deliveries, and full B2B order fulfilment,
- managing showroom operations, product samples, and visual presentation,
- organizing sales of discontinued and previous-season collections,
- representing the company at trade fairs and industry events,
- ensuring timely customer payments in cooperation with finance,
- maintaining strong brand presence and professional market image,
- collaborating closely with export and product teams, including HQ coordination.
Requirements:
- strong understanding of the outdoor industry and product categories,
- solid knowledge of wholesale and distribution markets in CEE,
- experience in leading and developing a sales team,
- excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently,
- strong communication and interpersonal abilities,
- high resilience and ability to manage multiple priorities,
- advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel,
- minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the outdoor sector,
- analytical mindset and financial awareness,
- high level of integrity, professionalism, and results-driven attitude,
- creativity, initiative, and proactive approach.
