For our Client, an international company delivering advanced automation equipment and tooling solutions for industrial manufacturing environments, we are currently looking for an experienced Sales Engineer responsible for developing business across Europe and selected MENA markets.
Sales Engineer (Automation & Tooling) (m/f)
Responsibilities:
- independently develop sales of automation equipment and tooling solutions within assigned markets,
- identify and acquire new customers in industrial and manufacturing sectors,
- build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts across Europe and MENA,
- manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to commercial closing,
- conduct regular customer meetings and business visits,
- coordinate internal engineering and project resources to support customer needs,
- monitor ongoing projects, installations, and commissioning activities,
- support after-sales activities and resolution of customer issues,
- analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities,
- cooperate closely with management regarding strategic customer development and market expansion.
Requirements:
- minimum 4-6 years of experience in B2B technical sales,
- experience in industrial automation, tooling, machinery, or manufacturing environments,
- proven track record in independently generating sales and developing customer accounts,
- strong understanding of industrial production processes,
- knowledge of automotive and/or thermal management industries will be considered a strong advantage,
- experience related to compressor production or cooling applications will be highly appreciated,
- strong negotiation and relationship-building skills,
- ability to manage long and complex sales processes,
- high level of independence, ownership, and result orientation,
- willingness to travel internationally,
- fluent English.
