HR Analytics & BI Expert (m/f)

For our Client, we are looking for a candidate for the position of HR Analytics & BI Expert.

Responsibilities:

  • design, develop, and enhance HR reporting solutions and interactive dashboards that provide visibility into workforce metrics and recruitment performance,
  • monitor, validate, and improve the quality and consistency of HR data, collaborating with stakeholders across the HR function,
  • analyze workforce-related data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, delivering insights that support business and talent decisions,
  • gather and translate business requirements into analytical frameworks, reporting solutions, and data-driven recommendations,
  • support workforce planning initiatives through forecasting, scenario analysis, and predictive workforce insights,
  • collaborate with HR and business leaders to establish meaningful KPIs and measure performance across the employee lifecycle,
  • prepare and present analytical findings to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into clear business recommendations,
  • drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making by promoting best practices in HR analytics and reporting.

Requirements:

  • proven experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven decision support roles, ideally gained within a large, international organization,
  • strong expertise in transforming complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations,
  • advanced knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, and data visualization best practices,
  • understanding of workforce management, HR metrics, and employee lifecycle processes,
  • experience building predictive models, conducting workforce forecasting, or applying statistical methods to business challenges,
  • ability to influence decision-making through data storytelling and effective stakeholder engagement,
  • strong business acumen and the capability to connect analytical findings with organizational and talent priorities,
  • high level of integrity, discretion, and accountability when working with sensitive people data,
  • self-driven, curious, and solution-oriented approach, with a passion for leveraging data to improve business outcomes.
