Fund Operations Analyst with French (m/f)

For our Client, from financial industry, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Fund Operations Analyst with French.

• maintain and validate static data to ensure high levels of accuracy, consistency, and data quality,
• review and analyze documentation related to Private Capital funds, including Private Equity, Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Securitization,
• perform daily BAU activities and internal controls in accordance with established procedures, policies, and quality standards,
• contribute to process improvements and support the implementation of new processes, activities, and operational solutions,
• collaborate with internal stakeholders and support the Team Leader in day-to-day operations, projects, and crisis management activities,
• proactively identify operational risks and contribute to the implementation of appropriate mitigation measures,
• support the maintenance and enhancement of procedures and SLAs, while handling complex and time-sensitive operational tasks.

• experience in transfer agency, cash operations or accounting is an asset,
• fluency in French and English (min. C1),
• knowledge of Private Capital funds is a plus,
• strong analytical and numerical skills,
• proficient in MS Office, especially Excel,
• team player with motivation to grow,
• client-focused mindset.
