(Senior) Order Management Specialist with Dutch or Nordics languages (m/f)

For our Client, in the healthcare sector, we are looking for candidates who speak Dutch/Swedish/Norwegian/Danish or Finnish and who are interested in working in the order management area, with the opportunity to influence process creation and improvements.

• support all aspects of order entry and order management such as: processing sales orders from all channels (EDI, OCR, phone, manual) and updating and monitoring order status in SAP, Salesforce and other internal systems,
• cration of tickets and service of mailbox,
• manage loaner returns and coordinate OR scheduling for loaner systems,
• ensure all orders are processed accurately and on time, within agreed KPI targets,
• taking care of the quality of the process and its optimization and automotation.

• fluent in English (at least B2) and Dutch/Swedish/Norwegian/Danish or Fininish (at least C1),
• first experience in similar role such as  order managment area, customer care or procurement area or sales support area,
• knowledge of SAP and Salesforce system will be a huge asset,
