Responsibilities:

  • supporting customers in planning and managing their travel-related arrangements,
  • recommending tailored products, services and pricing options based on customer needs,
  • assisting with booking processes, modifications, and post-purchase support,
  • guiding users through the client’s online platform and self-service tools,
  • handling customer feedback and inquiries via phone, email and digital channels from international markets.

Requirements:

  • very good command of English and French (minimum C1 level),
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills,
  • genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences,
