Senior Investment Analyst (Private Equity) (m/f)

For our Client, a leading international professional services company, we are looking for a Senior Investment Analyst (Private Equity) to join a newly created strategic function in Warsaw. The role will focus on identifying and assessing early-stage business opportunities across M&A, restructuring, project finance, infrastructure, IPOs and other significant market developments. This is a unique opportunity to build a new capability from the ground up, combining investment analysis, market intelligence and commercial insight, with exposure to senior stakeholders across an international organisation.

Responsibilities:

monitor markets, sectors and companies to identify emerging business opportunities,
identify and assess potential investment and transaction opportunities,
conduct financial, market and sector analysis to evaluate commercial relevance,
track and prioritise opportunities throughout their development,
translate complex market and financial information into clear, actionable insights,
prepare recommendations and present findings to senior stakeholders,
develop frameworks, methodologies and processes for opportunity tracking and assessment,
take ownership of building and developing the capability from the ground up.

Requirements:

experience in Private Equity, Investment Management, M&A, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Project Finance, Transaction Advisory or Strategy Consulting,
proven experience in investment screening, opportunity assessment, deal origination, market mapping or transaction-focused research,
strong financial and analytical skills combined with commercial judgement,
ability to identify relevant market signals and translate them into actionable recommendations,
strong communication and stakeholder management skills,
ability to work independently and take ownership of a newly created area,
excellent command of English.
