For our Client, leader of beauty market, we are looking for candidates for the position of Global RTR Intercompany Analyst with English or Spanish, who join to new team and who have a real impact for process of improvements.
Global RTR Intercompany Analyst with English or Spanish (m/f)
Responsibilities:
- perform daily posting, verification, and processing of intercompany invoices, transactions, and settlements,
- conduct monthly intercompany reconciliations (Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable), identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner,
- investigate and follow up on unmatched transactions or billing queries with relevant international counterparts and local finance teams,
- support the month-end closing process by preparing necessary journal entries, accruals, and reporting packages within tight deadlines,
- ensure all intercompany processes comply with group accounting standards, local regulations, and internal controls. Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation,
- identify bottlenecks in intercompany workflows and proactively contribute to continuous improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives.
Requirements:
- university degree or in the course of study with a major in Economics, Finance or Accounting,
- 2+ years of experience in similar area,
- in-deep understanding of RTR processes,
- high interpersonal and communication skills,
- attention to detail and thoroughness,
- very good command of English or Spanish will be an asset,
- knowledge of SAP, Blackline, Compass, and Magnitude systems will be an advantage.
