Supply Chain Specialist with French (m/f)

For our Client, a leading global provider of business and digital transformation services, we are looking for a French-speaking professional to join its international Supply Chain team.

In this role, you will support supply chain operations while working closely with customers, business partners, and internal stakeholders across international markets. This position combines operational responsibilities with daily communication in French, offering an opportunity to build strong business relationships in a dynamic global environment.

• supporting daily Supply Chain operations in an international environment,
• communicating with customers and business partners via phone and email in French and English,
• coordinating operational activities and ensuring high-quality service delivery,
• resolving customer inquiries and supporting issue resolution,
• maintaining accurate process documentation and updating business systems,
• collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

• fluency in French (C1) and English (min. B2),
• experience in customer-facing roles, negotiations, or client support,
• background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or Order Management will be an advantage,
• SAP knowledge will be considered an asset,
• strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills,
• proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
