Payroll Specialist with Spanish or Portuguese (m/f)

For our Client, an international company, we are looking for Payroll Specialist with Spanish or Portuguese.

• coordinating the payroll process and ensuring data accuracy and completeness,
• preparing data and files for the external payroll provider,
• reviewing payroll results, including payslips, bank files, GL files and payroll reports,
• coordinating payroll corrections, including underpayments, overpayments and rejected payments,
• monitoring process timelines, KPIs, SLAs and service quality,
• cooperating with external payroll providers and HR, Finance and Legal teams,
• monitoring legal changes and supporting their implementation in payroll processes,
• identifying opportunities to improve and standardize payroll processes.

• 2+ years of experience in payroll, HR operations or a similar role,
• good understanding of payroll processes and data verification,
• strong attention to detail and analytical skills,
• experience working with external payroll providers and multiple stakeholders,
• good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines,
• ability to identify discrepancies and coordinate their resolution,
• good command of English Spanish or Portuguese, both written and spoken,
• knowledge of payroll-related legislation would be an advantage.
