For our Client, we are looking for an experienced professional to join their dynamic and continuously growing organization as a Transformation & Process Excellence Lead. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business transformation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the GBS organization.
Transformation & Process Excellence Lead (m/f)
Responsibilities:
- monitor and improve the quality and efficiency of GBS processes,
- identify root causes of issues and drive corrective and preventive actions,
- lead process improvement and transformation initiatives across GBS,
- identify and track productivity and cost-saving opportunities, including FTE savings,
- manage the GBS productivity pipeline and measure the impact of improvement initiatives,
- work closely with FP&A to validate savings and financial benefits,
- define and monitor key KPIs and quality metrics and report results to senior management,
- partner with Finance, Operations, IT and other teams to implement process improvements and automation,
- support teams in adopting best practices and continuous improvement standards,
- monitor the sustainability of implemented improvements and ensure expected benefits are delivered,
- identify risks and proactively address potential issues affecting productivity and performance,
- promote a data-driven culture and continuous improvement mindset across GBS.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Quality Assurance or Process Excellence, preferably within a global SSC/GBS environment,
- solid understanding of Finance processes, particularly General Ledger (GL/R2R),
- proven experience in process improvement, productivity initiatives and/or transformation projects,
- strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different levels of the organization,
- experience in managing productivity or savings initiatives and reporting measurable results to senior management,
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights,
- good working knowledge of SAP and MS Office/Excel,
- experience with Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is an advantage,
- fluent English, both written and spoken (at least B2 level).
