Financial & Accounting Associate (m/f)

For our Client, an international venture capital firm operating in the IT systems and technology space, we are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Financial & Accounting Associate to join a global finance team.

• manage day-to-day financial transactions across multiple entities and currencies,
• support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management processes,
• prepare and post journal entries with a clear understanding of underlying business activities,
• perform balance sheet reconciliations across entities and regions,
• support month-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness,
• maintain well-organized, audit-ready financial documentation,
• review and validate financial data to ensure completeness and accuracy.

• 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations (corporate or fast-paced environment),
• experience working in multi-entity, multi-cost centre, and/or multi-currency structures,
• familiarity with ERP/accounting systems,
• strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset,
• high level of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously,
• collaborative attitude and willingness to work in an international environment,
• very good command of English (working in a global team).
