Marketing, Innovation & Portfolio Director (Consumer Health & Animal Health) (m/f)
Responsibilities:
- define and execute product, portfolio, and innovation strategy across key business areas,
- lead portfolio lifecycle management, including development, positioning, and optimization of product lines,
- drive new product development in close collaboration with R&D and other internal stakeholders,
- oversee marketing strategy, brand positioning, and go-to-market execution across markets,
- ensure consistency and quality of communication, including PR and expert-driven content,
- lead and develop cross-functional teams spanning marketing, portfolio, and technical support,
- analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities,
- monitor business performance, portfolio profitability, and key KPIs, providing strategic recommendations,
- collaborate with commercial teams to support revenue growth and market expansion.
Requirements:
- proven 8+ years experience in a senior leadership role within pharmaceuticals, consumer health, animal health or dietary supplements,
- strong background in product/ portfolio management combined with strategic marketing experience,
- hands-on experience in product development and working closely with R&D and regulatory functions,
- solid understanding of market dynamics within regulated or semi-regulated industries,
- demonstrated ability to manage complex portfolios and drive innovation initiatives,
- experience in leading and developing high-performing, cross-functional teams,
- strong strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic, execution-oriented mindset,
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment,
- fluency in Polish & English (written and spoken).
