For our Client, an international company operating in the building materials industry, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional for the position of Sales Account Manager responsible for developing the Polish market and supporting B2B customers.
Sales Account Manager (m/f)
Responsibilities:
- maintaining and developing long-term relationships with existing customers,
- actively identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate product solutions,
- acquiring new business partners within the flooring, paint, and wood sectors,
- conducting regular meetings with clients,
- providing technical and commercial support to clients,
- resolving ongoing customer issues and advising on technical challenges,
- monitoring market trends and sharing customer feedback with the organization,
- reporting directly to the Export Sales Director.
Requirements:
- minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales within the construction/building materials industry/interior design,
- technical or commercial educational background will be an advantage,
- experience in cooperation with distributors, contractors, or architects,
- very good command of Polish and English,
- strong communication and relationship-building skills,
- proactive and results-oriented mindset,
- readiness for frequent business travel across Poland (approximately 80% of working time),
- category B driving license.
