For our Client, leader of beauty market, we are looking for candidates for the position of Finance Master Data Analyst.
Finance Master Data Analyst (m/f)
Responsibilities:
- managed vendor master data creation, updates, and maintenance in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and compliance,
- validated supplier documentation, maintained data quality, and managed vendor blocking for inactive suppliers,
- collaborated with Accounts Payable, Treasury, Procurement, and other stakeholders to resolve vendor master data issues,
- ensured compliance with internal policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and legal requirements,
- prepared KPI reports, supported process improvements, and maintained accurate documentation for audit purposes.
Requirements:
- university degree or in the course of study with a major in Economics, Finance or Accounting,
- 2+ years of experience in simmilat area,
- high interpersonal and communication skills,
- attention to detail and thoroughness,
- very good command of English and knowledge of other languages will be an asset,
- knowledge of SAP system will be an advantage.
