For our international Client, we are looking for Business & Financial Analysts to join global teams supporting different countries and business areas. We are hiring for several finance functions, including FP&A, R&D Finance, Project Controlling, Production & Logistics, Commercial Finance, and Costing & P&L. The specific scope of the role will depend on the team and business area you join. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment and develop your expertise in financial analysis and business partnering, while collaborating with stakeholders across different functions and countries.
Business & Finance Analyst (m/f)
Responsibilities:
- support accurate and timely financial reporting and period-end closing activities in line with company requirements,
- analyze financial and business performance, comparing actual results with budgets, forecasts, targets, and previous periods, and identify key trends and variances,
- prepare management reports and dashboards, providing clear insights and meaningful commentary to support decision-making,
- perform ad hoc financial and business analyses and provide detailed data to support business needs,
- support planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business review activities,
- maintain data accuracy and support master data management within relevant systems,
- work closely with stakeholders across different functions and countries, providing financial insights and business support,
- identify opportunities to improve and simplify processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives,
- support digitalization, transformation, and change management projects,
- build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with internal customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- previous experience in a relevant field, such as FP&A, Controlling, Financial Analysis, or Financial Audit,
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field,
- good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels,
- strong attention to detail and the ability to identify issues or inconsistencies,
- ability to analyze and clearly present financial information to support decision-making,
- advanced knowledge of MS Excel; experience with Tableau and/or other BI tools would be an advantage,
- knowledge of SAP or Oracle would be a strong advantage,
- good command of English, both written and spoken (B2 level or higher),
- willingness to identify and implement process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
